News 28.11.2008 In State Gazette No 102 from 28 November 2008 were published the new laws for the National emergency phone number 112 and for the inspection of work. The new Law on Protection of Competition was published as well. The ligslation introduced is in compliance with the EU standards, e.g. the Universal Service Directive and Directive 2006/114/EC concerning misleading and comparative advertising.

Новости към 04.11.2008 г. В Брой 95 на „Държавен вестник” от 4 ноември 2008 г. е обнародвано РЕШЕНИЕ № 2873 на ВАС от 13.03.2008 г., с което се отменят чл. 66, ал. 1 и 2 от Правилника за устройството и организацията на работа на органите на медицинската експертиза на работоспособността и на регионалните картотеки на медицинските експертизи, приет с Постановление № 97 на Министерския съвет от 2005 г. (ДВ, бр. 47 от 2005 г.), в частта в която посочените разпоредби НЕ предвиждат тридесетдневния срок, заложен в чл. 113, ал. 1 и 2 на Закона за здравето. Решението е потвърдено с Решение № 11050 от 23.10.2008 г., на петчленен състав на ВАС.
Новости към 28.10.2008 г. Новият продукт „Бизнес скан” вече е достъпен и в десктоп версията на „Лакорда”. Новости към 24.10.2008 г. В модул „Процедури и формуляри” са включени нови текстове по въпроси като извършването на непарични вноски в капитала на търговски дружества и реда за издаване, отнемане и прекратяване на лицензия за финансова къща. Добавени са и десетки формуляри, сред които новите финансови документи, свързани с дейността на Националната здравноосигурителна каса.
